We cancel your timeshare or you don’t pay — and we pay you $1,000.
Every fee refunded, plus $1,000 for wasting your time. Written into the agreement before you pay a dollar. Backed by a Harvard-trained General Counsel and our own consumer-protection law firm, included in one flat price. Qualified owners only.

A timeshare is the only thing you can buy that costs more every year and is worth less every year.
Maintenance fees rise most years and never end. The resort decides when you can travel. And when you finally try to leave, you discover the exit door was never built.
So you search, and hundreds of “exit companies” appear. Most will take a deposit, tell you to stop paying, and vanish when the collection calls start. That isn’t an exit. It’s a default with a receipt.
We built Bridge to be the opposite: a company that qualifies you before it takes a dollar, puts its promise in writing, and pays you if it fails.
The offer
There are only two ways this ends.
Your timeshare is cancelled.
No more maintenance fees. No more special assessments. No more “owner updates.” Nothing to hand down to your kids. You’re out, and the paperwork says so.
We can’t cancel it.
Every service fee you paid us is refunded in full, and we pay you $1,000 for wasting your time. Not a credit. Not a discount on something else. A check.
Either way, you win. That is the entire point.
Guarantee: if we can’t cancel your timeshare, all service fees are refunded in full and we pay you $1,000. Qualified clients only. Terms apply. See disclaimer.
Why we can promise this
Because we say no to the cases we can’t win.
Most companies accept anyone with a credit card. We qualify every owner before we take a dollar: your developer, your contract, your payment status, how it was sold to you. Some of the most valuable calls we make end with “you don’t need us.”
That discipline is what makes the guarantee possible. It is also why the first conversation is free, and why 98% of our Trustpilot reviews are five stars. You can’t buy that. You earn it by turning work away.
What makes Bridge different
Three things no other exit company can say.
Plenty of companies promise to get you out. Only one puts $1,000 behind it, keeps a Harvard-trained attorney as General Counsel, and the same owner here owns the consumer-protection law firm that stands up for our clients.

When a Bridge client’s case needs a law firm, Hearn Rogers is already there, and it is included in the one flat price Bridge charges. No hourly attorney fees. No ongoing retainers. No handoff to a stranger.

Our General Counsel went to Harvard Law.
Timeshares are sold under consumer-protection law, the law that governs what a salesperson may promise you across a table. That is Madeleine Rogers’s field. Harvard Law School, cum laude. Columbia, Georgetown, and Juilliard before it. A doctorate in law now underway at Oxford. Most exit companies rent a lawyer’s letterhead. Bridge has a General Counsel.

We put our money where our mouth is.
If we can’t cancel your timeshare, every fee is refunded and we pay you $1,000 for wasting your time. It’s written into the agreement you sign, not just into an ad.
How it works
From “am I stuck?” to an exit in writing.
- 01
Sixty seconds. No phone call.
Ten quick questions: where you live, who your timeshare is with, whether you still owe on it, how it was sold to you. If you’re not a fit, we tell you now instead of after a call.
- No cost, no obligation
- Answers go straight to our intake team
- Residents of MN, NC and WI are told up front we can’t help
- 02
Thirty minutes with a specialist.
You pick the time. We call you, go through your paperwork together, and give you one of three answers: yes, not us, or don’t do that.
- Every owner on the deed on the line
- Bring your contract or last fee statement
- No card. No “today only” price.
- 03
Your exit, in writing.
If you qualify: a flat written quote, an agreement with the Cancel-It-or-$1,000 Guarantee in it, and a team that keeps you updated until the cancellation is done.
- Flat fee, quoted before you decide
- Law-firm backing included when your case needs it. No hourly fees.
- Regular updates until it’s over
What owners say
They didn’t take our word for it either.
Many were vague, evasive, or wanted large sums upfront… They offered a reasonable price, no payment until the timeshare was canceled, and, most importantly, clear answers. He was honest about what could and couldn’t be done… Eleven months later I was free of both timeshares. After nearly four years of stress, I had peace of mind again.
No pressure sales pitch. No empty promises.
I am out of my timeshare contract. I was told it could take twelve to eighteen months. It took about four.
We no longer own our two timeshares. Every promise made was kept.
It was the best thing I could have done. Professional and upfront from start to finish.
They kept me informed throughout the process.
Bridge Transfers is an extraordinary company. Knowledgeable, efficient, and clear about the exit strategy.

The catch
We will turn people away.
A guarantee like this only works if we’re honest about who it’s for.
You’re likely a fit if
- You own one or more timeshares and want out permanently.
- You can find your contract, deed, or a recent maintenance-fee statement.
- Every owner on the deed can join a thirty-minute call.
- It’s paid off, or still financed. Both can qualify.
We’ll tell you no if
- You live in Minnesota, North Carolina, or Wisconsin. We can’t take clients there.
- Your situation needs a different route. You’ll leave the call knowing what it is.
- You bought in the last few weeks. You may be able to rescind yourself, for free, and we’ll tell you how.
